Very sturdy running boards. They make getting in and out of the vehicle very convenient, and we love them.

Couple of things I would recommend improving are: 1. The plates that connect the running boards to the vehicle are labeled wrong. Based on online comments, seems like this happens frequently. 2. TP55 should be provided with the kit instead of T55.

Love them. For those DIY folks, give it a day to accomplish. That includes a couple of trips to the hardware store to get a new impact wrench, then the correct adapter.
I suggest you review a few you tube videos. One informed me of the need to be liberal in the use of the mounts labeled passenger side and driver’s side. You will need a mix and match approach at this time. In my case the middle mount required the opposite side mount.
Great product. Looks great, wife is very happy. That’s what really matters.

Only reason I gave it a 4 is becouse the running boards could sit and inch or two higher , there is a gap between the boards and the side , maybe make the brackets fit better

Rivian is a wonderful vehicle, but.. why doesn’t Rivian offer any running boards? EVBase makes great running boards that fit like a beautiful glove. Now getting in and out of my Rivi is possible without damaging the seats by sliding off. Thank you EVBase for offering the perfect solution for your height deficient drivers.

easy install. Fits perfectly. Instructions guide very clear. Love the fact that it has R1T on it.

only issue with product is that the mounting brackets labeled for the driver side only fit on the passenger side,vice versa, i watched a youtube video on the installation where the installer had the same issue, the running boards look great and are solid built as well.

After watching a few installation videos, I was a little skeptical about installing these running boards. But let me tell you, it was no problem at all. No special tools needed to purchase, just a socket set with a beaker bar was all that was needed. I did purchase a five dollar T55 socket adaptor that made it so much quicker. Overall, just over two hours. And they look and feel amazing. My wife loves them, my kids love them, and I love them!!!! Couldn’t be happier. They are sturdy as can be. Thank you for the great product.

Rugged, good looking running boards, look great on the truck,. Directions/install a little tricky.

I received these runnng boards about 2 weeks after ordering. They were packed well and arrived in good shape. The install was fine, I choose to cut my plastic parts and replace them. These fit my R1S well. If you watch the YouTube install video on the EVBASE site there is a discount code to save a bit more.
These are running boards not rock sliders. While they are well built and will protect your Rivian from small rocks and branches that may fly up from the road, they would probably be quite damaged if you tried to rock crawl with them. For me and the family, these are perfect to allow us to get in and out of the vehicle especially when it is set to the high setting.

Bought running boards from website and came in on time. Received good support from the team on status. Once received, I watched videos and read guide to install. Took me about 2 hours, but with the right tools, it would take a lot less time. Rivian sure made those torx screws tight lol. Once on, everything looked great and fit perfectly. No moving parts or rattling while driving, nice and quiet. The boards can easily hold me and my wife up, about 350lbs or 160 kg, at the same time and feels and looks very solid. My kids (3 and 6 years) and parents can now easily get in and out of the r1t. For the price it’s being sold for, it’s probably one of the best values when you look at the all in price vs others on the market. If you’re on the fence, go for it, the support is there, it does the job.
