Q1 - Does this come as a complete set for fronts and the entire back?

A1 - Yes. The Cybertruck seat covers a full set that includes all-inclusive fronts and half-surround back seat covers.

Q2 -Will colors on covers transfer and ruin the white OEM seats?

A2 - No. Our seat covers are made of high-quality Nappa leather. No fading or transmitting color to the OEM seat even after long-term use.

Q3 - Do these have pre-cuts for the airbags?

A3 - For the front seats, the seat covers have cut-outs for airbags on both sides to avoid interfering with the deployment of airbags. Always keep your safety in mind.

Q4 - Do these seat covers affect the seat heaters or ventilated functions?

A4 - No. The breathable perforation design ensures that our seat covers don't affect the heating or cooling function of the original seat.

Q5 - Will these hold up to stains vs the OEM from Tesla?

A5 - No worries about stains and scratches on these seat covers. The high-quality leather material of these seat covers is wear-resistant and super easy to clean. Waterproof material, spills won't drain into the perforations similar to OEM designs.

Q6 - If I order a custom item, how long will it take to receive it?

A6 - Typically, custom order has lead times of 1 week and it takes 3-9 days for items to be delivered after customization. Note that custom items do not support returns/refunds due to their nature.

Q7 - How to get the wrinkles out of seat covers?

A7 - Use a Heat Gun, Hair Dryer, and Garment Steamer to smooth out wrinkles.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Just make sure the item is unused/unworn, sealed, with tags attached, and keep your receipt/ proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and return address. DO NOT install the items if unsatisfied. EX. Not accepting the hubcaps with foam tapes attached as the resale value was affected. Return the item with its original packaging. Any product returned without our prior approval will be refused.
